It's the beginning of June, which can only mean one thing: It's the end of May.
And that can only mean one thing: we have Amazon's best-sellers ready for analysis. First up: Books! For those of you under 40, Amazon ($AMZN) started out selling books, and it's now the largest book seller in the world.
May's top-selling book, with an average rank of 2.1 over 21 days on the list was Magnolia Table: A Collection of Recipes for Gathering, a recipe book from Joanna Gaines that includes "dozens of Gaines family favorites and classic comfort selections from the couple's new Waco restaurant, Magnolia Table."

But right behind it, and now currently sitting at Amazon's #1 ranking for all books sold, is Dr. Seuss' Oh, the Places You'll Go. This inspirational book is a perennial graduation favorite, so it's interesting to see it shoot to the top of the charts as June graduations approach. It averaged a 3.14 rank throughout May over 21 days, and we fully expect it to pass Magnolia Table as the best-selling book in June.
The rest of the top-10 list is dotted by self-help and diet books before being rounded out by John Oliver and company's take on Vice President Pence's daugher's book of a very similar name.
